In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at saghelp@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Also, if the package shows lost in transit or returning back to shipper DO NOT panic. Contact us immediately at saghelp@outlook.com with the order number & explanation of issue stated by the carrier in tracking. We will be more than happy to assist you on these issues.!!!
